We have been renting with LJ Hooker for around 18 ...

We have been renting with LJ Hooker for around 18 months, service has been great, apart from recently, when we were given a SMS and email stating we had a house inspection, we were given 2 different dates first was 20.09.17, then another confirmation for 05.09.17, on 2 seperate SMS and emails sent, I called LJ Hookers and was diverted to our property managers voice message, only to state it was a automated machine with no name you were leaving the message to. So I decided to send a email asking to clarify what date was correct, in the reply I was told it was on 05.10.17, and not the 20.09.17. Then to my surprise I get a email from LJ Hooker and a SMS from Ourtradie on the 19.07.17 to remind us of our house inspection on the 05.10.17, so I made another phone call to L.J Hooker to Clarify the correct date, I spoke with the property manage that replied to my email, and she stated it was for 20.09.17, I told her she claified in writing in my email stating it was the 05.10.17, so she put me on hold to double check, and said no inspection is for 20.09.17, with no apology from her about the mistake, it made me upset, that dates were given, and no apology about the mix up.
