As tenants, we were under the management of LJHooker, Coomera for a number of years. We have, throughout, been impressed with the maintenance they provided in the home we rented, and the speed in which they dealt with any queries.
Sadly our tenancy with LJH has come to an end, as the home we rented is being sold.

Renting is a lifestyle choice for us, but as many tenants find, too often we are treated with rudeness, and officiousness, despite being excellent tenants, simply because we are "renters".
However, we have been so impressed with the way our property manager, Jeorgia Kidd, treated us through the exit process. Jeorgia kept great communication with us, tried very hard to find us another property under LJH's management, and when we found a new property under another agency, gave us a glowing reference. Jeorgia treated us with dignity and respect, something that is no longer common. I am so happy to recommend Jeorgia as one of the most professional property managers we have ever had dealings with, and really hope our new agents will come close to the standard Jeorgia has set. Thank you again Jeorgia.
