Our investment property is being looked after by Rachel Neylan of LJ Hooker Coomera for around a year now and the service provided has been marvellously outstanding. Rachel s diligence in organising everything from tenant related, to paperwork, timely inspections and trade services without much of a fuss and keeping us informed always is the epitome of professionalism. Rachel is highly motivated and it reflects in the guidance we have received and continue to receive towards maintaining or achieving higher rental incomes. She is always accessible and strives to keep the vacancy rate minimal. I could not fault the services of the entire team at LJ Hooker Coomera either as it appears to be operating like a well-oiled machine, always responsive and helpful. Though I have never let them know, I am indeed grateful to Teresa and her team and sleep easy each night knowing my property is in good hands.
