From the top down this franchise is run extremely poorly. The operator has no people or management skills and the staff are undertrained, deceptive, poor communicators and can not calculate. They re painful people to deal with, every single staff member. LJ Hooker should be humiliated with this branch. Puts you off renting entirely.
