We are currently renting a property from L.J Hooker Coomera and we are really happy Rachel Neylan is our property manager. She is great, very helpful with our requests and takes care of any issues at the property very quick.
A Recent E-mail Example:
WE: - I realized after the bin collection day, the wheel is missing from one of the bin (general rubbish bin with red lid). I was looking for everywhere but I could not find nowhere on the street, possibly fallen into the garbage truck when is tipped. Can I ask your help to fix it or I need to call the Council to fix it?

Rachel: - Oh dear, that s not to worrie, leave it with me and il organise a fix, or new bin.

Rachel: - I am just following up on your broken bin, please leave your bin out on the curb tomorrow night and this will be repaired.

3 days later
We: - My broken bin been fixed for this morning. It was very quick.
I am appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

As you can see, she is very kind, she sees challenges instead of problems and her response time is exceptional.
We have found Rachel Neylan very professional and we recommend LJ hooker Coomera highly.
