We had been liaising with David for approx a year in regards to selling my property. David always followed up and rang me personally about the comparable sales that were sold in the area throughout the year. When the time came for me to sell Davids advice got us a great price for our property with it only been on the market for 1 week. Negotiations with the seller were a breeze with David at the helm. David followed through with the rectification needed with the building and pest report which made us feel more at ease throughout the experience.
