Rachael has been managing our rental property in Upper Coomera. Rachael has always been fantastic at following up with us and chasing up queries, which is very important when we, the owners are so far away. We are from Melbourne and recently went up to view the property. We found Rachael to be very helpful and professional. She was prompt in returning phone calls and meeting us at the property. At all times she was polite and diplomatic keeping both us, the owners and the tennants in mind. We would highly reccommend her.
