Rachel Neylan has been my Property Agent for one of my investment properties for some time now. She has been brilliant, a delight to interact with and she is completely thorough and professional in everything that she does. I have had an unfortunate experience with one of my tenants and Rachel handled the situations that arose with great understanding and competence, eventually brokering a very satisfactory resolution.
I clearly have nothing but praise for Rachel. Given that she is so terrific at her job, as well as being such a lovely person, I would highly recommend her as a Property Agent.
