Patrick impressed me right from the beginning. Truly if it wasn't for him, I would not have even considered turning up to the open home inspection and purchasing the wonderful property that was on offer. His knowledge of the market gave me sound confidence to step forward and come and look at the gorgeous home.

He encouraged me to put in an offer (I'm pretty sure he knew I was gushing over it and already admitting defeat before I even started).

His friendly personality made it very easy to talk to him and ask questions and throughout the whole process he has been incredibly communicative, understanding, helpful and efficient.

I could not have found a better person to deal with for what is the biggest financial purchase of my life.
