This is my 3rd Tacoma and 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Lithia Toyota and very pleased overall. The last truck I purchased was in 2014 and I was pleased to see my previous sales person still there (promoted to management) and the previous manager was still there as a manager. Longevity in the car business seems rare and I appreciated that. This time around Raul Rodriguez was my sales person and was very helpful. I would say kept the just right amount of contact as it took me a couple of months to make the purchase from the phone call and he kept in touch but not overly so. Overall I am very happy and thank Raul Rodriguez and team for making it a very pleasant purchase.

Today I went in for a deal that was verbally agreed upon for a 2020 RAV4 LE. My goal being there was to buy the vehicle on the agreed upon price, at the agreed upon interest rate, contingent on the credit score coming back well of course. Turned out that they only had 1 left and I agreed to go ahead and pick it up. Not only did the manager come back to the desk to back track the agreed up on terms, but bought the paper agreement to the desk to explain that the deal could not be completed. After I was promised over the phone that the deal would be closed. I leave extremely disappointed today, because I was hoping to build a relationship with this dealership for the future here in Abilene.
In all this there is a bright side, because I believe in giving props where it is due. My sales associate Patrick was a true gentleman and answered all my questions. I d give him 5 stars for all his help. Was prompt in responding to my calls, answering my questions, and patient with me. I could tell that he wasn t there to force me into buying a car, but helped me decide. If you go to this dealership, ask for Patrick, he s straight forward with you even when the managers go behind your back on their words...

The best experience I have ever had. Great friendly staff. Always hate looking for a vehicle because of the over pushy sale people that make me just want to leave and never come back, but at Lithia Toyota I didn t have that. My husband and I were looking to buy a RAV 4. Our salesman was very young, so we didn t know what to expect. His name was Joseph Rouisse. He went with us for a test drive, and I think he is probably the most knowledgeable car salesman I ve ever had. He was polite, friendly, and knew everything we asked, plus things we didn t even know to ask about Toyota s. He walked us around showing us different makes and models in some very cold and windy temperatures. It was almost closing time before we left, but I think he would have stayed there all night answering our questions. We went back 2 more times, because they didn t have the color I wanted and we asked for Joseph. He was not pushy or annoying, but very professional and accommodating to always meet our needs. Lithia Toyata scored 5 stars for hiring him. Other salesmen were there, with years of experience and could have helped us, but when you find someone who worked as hard as Joseph to meet your every need, and want to know anything about Toyota s why settle for anything less. We went in to look at cars, and dreaded the usual hard sell salesmen we had experienced in the past, but left with a friend who we would be proud of adding to our family. If you want to know anything about a Toyota, with a polite and knowledgeable young man, please ask for Joseph Rouisse and give him a chance to help and educate you about Toyota s, and you too will walk out and be proud of having the change to just meet him. I knew exactly what I wanted and contacted about 10 Toyota dealers throughout the state from DFW to Houston. Kyle at Lithia Toyota gave me the best deal upfront and found the exact vehicle I wanted. There was no back and forth negotiation, just a great price to start with! I did almost everything through the internet then just went in and picked up the car and filled out the paperwork. My battery dies and I called the Toyota house to try to get a service person out to get my truck. I talked to Jacob Fuller on the phone and within 30 minutes I had a service person there to jump start the truck. I drove up to the Toyota house and Russell McGuire handled the battery replacement. They did the check-off and replaced the battery. Total time just over an hour. You just cannot beat this service department. And, just a note, my truck isn't under warranty anymore. This is the type of service, I believe, they give everyone. Great people, great place.
I had a great experience at Lithia Toyota. We bought a used Sienna, and Mark Dunagan was our salesperson. He was great. I would highly recommend using Lithia and asking for Mark. We got 300,000 miles from our first Sienna, and we are hopeful that we will hit that mark again!

I love my Venza. It's just exactly what I was wanting and didn't even know it existed. I went to look at an Avalon , but it sat too low for my husband to enter and exit. My SUV was too high for myself and my mother. Michele said "I know what you need". She drove up a 2015 Venza and I sat down in it and it was 'love at first site'. It fit my needs perfectly. I was looking for a dependable used Ford F-150 pick up for my son. I located a vehicle on Lithia Toyota's website and contacted a sales person. I live 3 1/2 hours away, so I asked a relative to go by the dealership and look at the pick up. When he arrived, the dealership was closing. Mark Harris was willing to stay late and allow my relative to look. At the beginning of the next week, Mark and I began to discuss the features on the pick up and the price. I made a deal with him over the phone at mid week but was unable to go to the dealership until Saturday. When my son and I arrived, the vehicle was clean and had a big red bow on the hood for him. Mark was very honest with me regarding the pick up on the phone, so there was not any surprises when I arrived. My experience with Mark and the Toyota dealership was very pleasant and I would be willing to purchase another vehicle from Mark in the future. I appreciated his honesty since most of my communication was completed by phone due to the distance.

I met Kenan Pyeatt, General Manager, of Lithia Toyota on an auto unrelated matter prior to purchase and was impressed with his professionalism. These are only three people that will cause me to go back to Toyota for any of my auto needs.
Rickey Pyles found us right when we showed up and immediately started to help us find the car we were looking for but before he tried to sell us anything he offerd us a cold beverage which I desperately needed the water washed down like a thousand glaciers were rushing down my dry throat,
while that might sound painful it was not the water offered was rich pure H20 that hydrated me even better than if jesus himself had offerd me water made from sand while I was wondering In a desert for 10 years looking for lost hope of a better day.

I waited way too long to write this review but for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I highly recommend buying a new Toyota mainly because of their reliability and if you re in Abilene, come to Lithia Toyota of Abilene. Even if it s for a used car, I d recommend coming here. I started my business with them just buying some extra parts for a Scion tC I had gotten from Lithia Honda(my business with them ended with the car because it was a Toyota product) and from that point forward, I always received respectable business from Lithia Toyota. I grew a little tired of my tC and wanted something bigger with a little more horsepower, so I went in looking for a truck originally and that s when I met Mark Dunagan. Great salesperson by the way! He told me that he could have me in a brand new truck or car by the end of the day. Of course I was a little skeptical of that, but son of a gun he did it. He actually got me into a Supersonic Red 2020 Camry SE with window tint and black-out badging AND it was budget friendly. This new ride brings a smile to my face every time I see it. I was contacted by Lithia Toyota to come in and discuss the possibility of trading in my 2010 Toyota Prius for a new vehicle as used Toyotas are in short supply. I had no intention of trading, since I was perfectly happy with my Prius but was curious to see what it was worth. Dylan Daniel and Mark Harris sat with me and we discussed options. They were very professional, and not pushy at all, and I decided to continue with an application after seeing and driving a 2014 PriusV, which just happened to be a bit bigger than mine Prius, and a lovely blue color. I still was not going to buy, just wanted to see how the numbers added up. After all was calculated, I still was apprehensive because I had been "upside down" on my current vehicle and was sure I would just enter into the same problem with a newer vehicle. However, Mark explained how the discounts and dealer incentives would cancel out my inequity. He also pointed out that I have 41 months left on my payments with my current Prius, and it was already 5 years old, and would be nearly 9 years old when paid off, and not very valuable should I need to trade it in. I knew also that my extended warranty would be up in one year on my current car. Adding all this together, I decided to buy the newer vehicle which would provide many more years of service and great warranties. These guys were very patient with me and again, not pushy. I recommend them both. To add positively to the experience, Ron Morton the finance manager who worked with me was a joy to visit with!
I recently purchased a 2013 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This was my first experience with the Lithia Toyota Dealership in Abilene. I was searching for a new vehicle and had a Camry in mind, but had not made up my mind for sure when I called and asked for a very patient sales representative. The receptionist transferred me to Ken Geeslin and the following day we spent about 6 to 7 hours looking at Camrys. Ken is an excellent sales rep - no pressure to make a decision. Rather, he answered the questions I had (and I had many) and on one occasion called over someone else who knew a bit more than he did to take a few. I want to commend Ken as a sales representative. I have had experiences in the past (not with Lithia Toyota) with sales reps who use high pressure tactics which sour me altogether. Ken was just the opposite. He answered my questions and asked me some to help us focus on what might be the best decision for me. When we got to the numbers and negotiating, he never lost patience with me. He made a number of trips back and forth to management trying to get me the best deal possible as I had to see the best final numbers to finally make a decision. It was a very busy day for us with neither of us stopping for a proper lunch instead we snacked on complimentary chips and granola bars as we continued to do business. At the end of the day I was able to make my decision and purchase which would not have happened had it not been for Ken's patience and help. I am looking forward to enjoying my 2013 Hybrid Camry and hope my long-term experience with Lithia Toyota of Abilene will be a good one. We are off to a very good start!

A lot of times people are understandably apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle. I know that I had concerns about my own ability to find and select a vehicle that is "right" for me. My first instinct was to return to Lithia Toyota of Abilene because I had previously purchased a vehicle from them. The salesman with whom I had previously dealt with was no longer with them so I was referred to Chris Ashley, Chris is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we were reviewing and he imparted his knowledge to us in a way that made you comfortable with whichever vehicle was chosen. We decided on a Toyota Venza, which was certified pre-owned and is in great condition. Chris worked with us and was so thorough in his SERVICE that when the time came to complete the paperwork all we had to do is "sign on the dotted line". It was so simple! I am completely satisfied and will HIGHLY recommend Lithia Toyota of Abilene and I will also recommend Chris Ashley without any hesitation.

This is a review for our salesperson (Mark Harris). Mark was very accommodating to have us test drive their vehicle even though we told him we were not going to make a purchase yet until we test drive another vehicle from a rival dealership. However, when we asked about potential prices, we were disappointed when he told us that he was reluctant to engaged us in an initial negotiation until we test drive the rival vehicle. Not in so many words, his fear was that we will use the information to ask for a better deal from the rival dealership. I was about to write off our encounter with the toyota dealership as a bust and move on to the honda dealership, lucky for him and for us, my wife insisted that she sees the numbers. Once we saw the numbers and Mark started to work his magic as a salesman, we knew we can make a deal. I m giving a five star to him and the dealership because we are very much satisfied with the deal that we made. We were able to purchase the number one vehicle in our list and came away from the deal with substantially less monthly payment than we budgeted for. Mark and the sales manager worked with us to make it happen.

So he referred Mark Harris, Internet Sales Manager, to work with me on this deal. I am not one who likes to haggle a deal, I go in my number already set because I am on a budget. Mark worked hard to get me a great deal at the payment I wanted. And Mike Mizikar IV, Finance Manager, made the signing all the document that comes with buying a new car hilarious.
