My husband and I were looking to buy a RAV 4. Our salesman was very young, so we didn t know what to expect. His name was Joseph Rouisse. He went with us for a test drive, and I think he is probably the most knowledgeable car salesman I ve ever had. He was polite, friendly, and knew everything we asked, plus things we didn t even know to ask about Toyota s. He walked us around showing us different makes and models in some very cold and windy temperatures. It was almost closing time before we left, but I think he would have stayed there all night answering our questions. We went back 2 more times, because they didn t have the color I wanted and we asked for Joseph. He was not pushy or annoying, but very professional and accommodating to always meet our needs. Lithia Toyata scored 5 stars for hiring him. Other salesmen were there, with years of experience and could have helped us, but when you find someone who worked as hard as Joseph to meet your every need, and want to know anything about Toyota s why settle for anything less. We went in to look at cars, and dreaded the usual hard sell salesmen we had experienced in the past, but left with a friend who
we would be proud of adding to our family. If you want to know anything about a Toyota, with a polite and knowledgeable young man, please ask for Joseph Rouisse and give him a chance to help and educate you about Toyota s, and you too will walk out and be proud of having the change to just meet him. We did!
