I wanted to express my appreciation for Kevin Baker, as my sales rep, for the experience of my vehicle purchase. He was knowledgeable about my options and my final choice. He expressed concern when small things may have had an impact on quality of service. He was a personable individual and I was grateful for his salesmanship as I am a manager of a service company and respect his efforts. When I made my final decision to buy a Toyota I reached out to Kevin, specifically, because he was good to work with during my indecisiveness. He is an asset.

Courteous, friendly, helpful service. Service advisor Jeff McClendon went out of his way to get my need taken care of. The repairs were made sooner than expected and were done well. The rental car was more than adequate, and the rental personnel were super friendly and helpful. All in all, what started as an unexpected repair need ended pleasantly and satisfactorily.

Great service. Jacob was very professional and courteous. The service on my vehicle was completed in a very timely manner.

Aaron Coker sold me the most awesome Camry with absolutely unbelievable service. We love Lithia Toyota as we bought a Tundra a couple of years ago and will not sell this truck even though we've had many offers. I had not driven in over 5 years due to serious illness. I was able to start driving again a couple of weeks ago and my dear husband decided it was time for me to have a new car. On March 18, 2019, I went in to Lithia Toyota for my 6 month service to my Camry. I was met by Service Advisor Paul Fuller as I drove up and was explained what I was going to have done to the Camry. I was directed to the visitor waiting room and was offered coffee, donuts, and or water. Service was done very quickly and I was out heading home. Service Advisor Paulwas very cordial and my experience today at Lithia Toyota was great!

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla in October, 2018. In the beginning the staff was very interested in my happiness and satisfaction. Recently, the front bumper and and the grid have been loose and sliding down off of my car. There are no scratches or dents that would have been a result of an accident. I took it in for my oil change and asked for it to be fixed since it is still under warranty. The mechanic said I would have to go through my insurance since they stated that I must have hit a pot hole. Hitting a pot hole should not make the front bumper separate from a 2019 car. Today the used car manager, Andrew E., told me that someone or something weighing about 50 pounds probably had been on the nose of the hood and the pressure and weight must have pulled the bumper down. My car is kept in our garage and we have never put anything on the hood. I have never seen anyone on the hood. We do not have young children. Shouldn't a new car be able to hold 50 pounds? How many times did someone sit on a hood of a car without the bumper coming loose back 30 years ago? Now they recommend that I go through my insurance or spend about $1500 to fix something that we did not cause. I had expected to buy my future cars from Toyota. I guess that will not happen.

Russell provided us with an exceptional service experience during a recent visit with our pickup! He kept us informed during the entire process and was able to get our vehicle serviced in a timely manner! Great job!!

Chris Herrington made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Due to my schedule I didnt have much time, but needed to get a vehicle that day. Chris worked with me over the phone to have as much set up as possible before my arrival to the dealership. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, focused on my needs, friendly, and professional throughout. Chris remained after hours to make sure once the purchase was complete that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied. My buying experience with Lithia was awesome. From Test drive to final signature, I felt comfortable and at ease. Greg Parks was my salesman and he made sure I had everything I needed. Jacob Fuller was my service adviser at Lithia Toyota of Abilene on 3/7/2019. He worked with me to figure out a way for me to make payments on my services, so that I would be driving a safe car again. My services were new brakes, new battery, new rotor turners, new cabin filter and new air filter.

We worked with Mark Harris following up on a email inquiry my son made from out of state. Representing my son, we were able to get the vehicle he wanted with 2 simple visits. Mark sent a video detailing the vehicle, before we made the 2 hour drive to be sure it was worth the time, then followed through with everything he said would happen. You need to ask for Mark Harris when you first contact the dealership. Oh BTW - ask about his family - especially the grandkids.

I took my Camry in for routine oil change and service check yesterday afternoon and my service advisor, Jeff McClendon, suggested a couple of services that I hadn't considered. These were services that needed to be accomplished and Jeff made sure that they would be taken care of during my visit. I was back on the road in two hours and all was perfect. Lithia performed the requested services and did my state inspection for me. As usual, Lithia and their staff performed perfectly and Jeff was very attentive, ensuring that those things that needed to be done were attended to with no addition time or trouble.

I had my son s Camry serviced at Lithia today. The Service Advisor, Jeff, was truly uncaring and basically incompetent. First, he told me he would give me a $5.00 credit for the oil change which was not reflected on the bill presented. But that s nothing compared to what happened next. He then said the bill was $81.15 but charged $2,350 on my card. I finally went to the manager to straighten this debacle out.
Jeff first said he had a busy day and was tired. Later he said he had no excuses, but I reminded him he had just given me an excuse.
I will never deal with this Jeff again.

Not impressed with customer service. Me and my husband park and stood looking at vehicles and nobody offered assistance. We felt not welcome so we left. The employee that starred at us several times was kind enough to waive goodbye as we left. A waste of time, place is a joke!

I live in the Houston/Woodlands area and had been in the market to purchase a new Toyota Highlander for several weeks. I visited 3 of the area Toyota dealers and was unable to find one that would work with me to get the vehicle I wanted. I visited my son at his Abilene home and while there I went in to the Lithia dealership where I met Chris Herrington. Before the day was over I had purchased a Highlander Platinum and was very pleased with the whole experience. Without applying any pressure Chris explained all the features of the car and even drove it out to where my wife was babysitting and explained them again. When we got back to the dealership we quickly came to an agreement on price. I would not necessarily go back to Abilene just to purchase a vehicle, but while there I wholeheartedly recommend anyone visit Lithia Toyota and specifically Chris Herrington for a straight forward and pleasant purchasing experience.

Oil changes have become very time consuming. When I first started dealing with Lithia several years ago an appointment for an oil change was not needed. You could show up at any time and usually be out in 30 minutes. For people with busy schedules it was very convenient.

At a time when everything in my life was going wrong including totalling my car I said a prayer, "please God let one good thing happen." The very next day it happened. When I spoke to mark Harris at Lithia Toyota. Earlier that day I spoke to a different sales rep. & When he heard that I could only afford a 2006 or 2007 Highlander & there weren't any on the lot, he made me feel I was beneath his time. He kinda blue me off with "I'll keep a lookout for one." Later when I called a different location & spoke to mark I explained my problem to him & said I was worried about my credit. Less than an hour later he called and asked if he could pick me up to fill out paperwork. He got me a great deal on a 2013 Highlander and approval for a loan I could afford. Not once did he get me like a usual car salesman. He talked to me like a friend who really cares about my problem. He was the answer to my prayer and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart!! I would also like to thank Andrew in financing for making the paperwork chore an absolute joy!! Thank you - Vivian hearne
