Just wanted to give a big thank you to both my salesman Rueben, and Michael in Finance for going VERY much out of their way (although they d never admit it)...staying HOURS after the dealership closed to help me finish my buying process. They listened to me without rushing me, made SURE that all my questions were answered...followed up with me in the days following my sale and generally just wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice!!! All of this was for a used non-Toyota vehicle!!! I have been a Toyota owner for over 20 years but circumstances dictated a different short-term path for me this time around. Update: after a year, the shiny has worn off the penny. No more let's get this taken care of..it has turned into "we are very busy, maybe you can schedule a different time to fix your issue. Toyota doesnt like us to just throw parts at a problem". Well neither do I. I would like my vehicle, that was purchased brand new, to behave as if it is still new. Another thing to keep in my, DO NOT USE WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE , unless of course it's just for oil change. Just because it has a place for notes and a place to request a call, it does not happen and the "note" is apparently just for you to remember that you have a problem, cuz that's handy!
Maybe business was too good to handle, maybe a different location better equipped to handle a "rush" would be the way to go.
"State of the art service center"? Hmm....

David Wright, my service representative, was exceptionally nice and very helpful in answering all my questions. He and the Lithia guys got my car serviced in a timely and professional manner. I have always had a good experience in dealing with Lithia Toyota of Abilene!

My husband travels for his job and was looking to trade in his old car and get something with great gas mileage and Bluetooth. He had a corolla and was looking at keeping the same but just newer. We knew for experience how great his corolla had been. Andrew Elliot listened to what we wanted and was able to find the perfect match. He worked hard at locating what we wanted and helping us get the payments where we wanted them. The experience was actually enjoyable and my husband loves his 2014 Corolla. We even enjoyed the finance manager. Normally signing papers is boring and time consuming but we got in and had a great time talking and finished signing before we knew it. I would definitely come back again.

If you are unlucky enough to have car trouble, hope you are lucky enough to be able to use this service center!! We were en route to Colorado to pick up daughter from college and ran into car trouble. We were just outside of Abilene and found this place on line. They saw us right away, and their mechanic spoke to my mechanic from home on the phone so I knew they were legit. Discovered my car had a problem that required a few days, so they rented us a car at a ridiculously reasonable rate and we were off. They quoted $600 but only charged $500 for the work done. Friendly, reasonable, honest. Could not ask for anything more.

Lithia Toyota of Abilene is hands down the best dealership in town to pick up a brand new/used vehicle. The staff does a wonderful job and they treat you so well. Sara McCarter (Sales) took excellent care of us, and we were blown away by her knowledge, kindness, patience, and professionalism. Mike Mizikar (Finance) was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and helping us to customize a warranty package that made sense for our family and our budget. Daughter got her first car here. Friendly salesman but still a car dealership and you have to do the back and forth on the price.

Toyota is Abilene was exceptional. Our salesman was Ryan and he made the process very easy. Every car buying process we ve experienced is long but this was fairly speedy. Everyone at the dealership, including Ryan, was extremely patient with us and our 2 year old daughter. We got a fantastic deal on a 4Runner and a great trade in offer. Our experience as a whole was nothing short or exceptional. My husband & I agreed that we would definitely be back for any future car buying needs.

After conducting an exhaustive internet survey of 2016-17 Tacoma's for sale across the state of Texas, we knew that Lithia Abilene's price on what had been their dealer lease vehicle was a true outlier, given its mileage, condition and CarFax relative to other comparable vehicles. I called Internet Manager Aaron Coker and had a very brief and amicable conversation which confirmed everything that I already knew, and I counter-offered just to make sure they were firm on the price. They did actually come down just a bit, from the price which, as I have already said, I knew to be lower by far than other comps. Anyway, total time on the three phone calls was less than 10 minutes to consummate the deal. Later the same day I made the 2-hour drive to Abilene to pick up the truck. I had told Aaron that I needed to be done quickly, and he and Michael Miziker (finance) performed again - they honored my request by not wasting any time trying to sell me add-on's and warranties, hurried the whole process along, and my total time at the dealership was about 30 minutes before I drove the truck off the lot.

This was the first time i have bought a car, Levi Britt was very helpful and friendly. I ended up with a Tundra that drives like a dream for a truck that size. Chris Herrington also did a good job explaining the pluses to the Tundra over other trucks in its category. I would recommend this dealership for anybody looking for a new or used car, Toyota makes an excellent product.

I had a great deal after negotiations with LithiaToyota dealerships, they have an outstanding team to work with, especially, Damman Thompson, in sales department.

I was a first time buyer with no credit, only a decent down payment, and strict guidelines. I had literally called around and dealt with 8 other dealerships in the West Texas area in an attempt to find something closer to home since I live about two and a half hours from Abilene. However, Kyle Corr did something in 4 hours that no one else seemed to be able to do in 2 weeks! Not only did he find me a vehicle to fit into my financial parameters, but he found me an amazing car with more than I ever hoped could fit into my budget!

We didn t make an appointment, drove through while one daughter was in town on a Saturday. Had both girls with us and Greg made it all work. He enlisted Patrick to help out and between the two got us two deals we felt good about.

We were incredibly stressed out about making the commitment of purchasing a brand new vehicle since both my husband and myself have always driven paid off vehicles. Buying a new car wasn't something we stepped into lightly and we did a LOT of shopping around, reading reviews, and walking around car lots doing price comparison. We decided that a 2016 Toyota Corolla was the best fit for us and our budget. We normally don't purchase large items from people we don't know, but we didn't know anyone who worked for Lithia. When we were still deciding on what car we wanted to purchase we were assisted by Stephen Cisneros when we were browsing the lot at Lithia. He gave us a business card and was incredibly helpful and answered any and all questions even though he knew we weren't buying that day. We didn't feel pressured like we did by other salesmen from other dealerships that we interacted with. We didn't feel like he was pushing us to purchase that day so he could get a commission check and didn't try to push a more expensive car on us than what we went in wanting to purchase. Throughout the remainder of the car buying process he continued to be patient and helpful. He answered any questions and made sure we understood what was going on through the entire process. I don't feel as though there was anything he could have done better or anything he could have done to make our car buying process easier. I definitely recommend Lithia Toyota for your next car purchase and HIGHLY recommend Stephen Cisneros to be who you choose to help you decide what car best fits your needs.
