Today I went in for a deal that was verbally agree...

Today I went in for a deal that was verbally agreed upon for a 2020 RAV4 LE. My goal being there was to buy the vehicle on the agreed upon price, at the agreed upon interest rate, contingent on the credit score coming back well of course. Turned out that they only had 1 left and I agreed to go ahead and pick it up. Not only did the manager come back to the desk to back track the agreed up on terms, but bought the paper agreement to the desk to explain that the deal could not be completed. After I was promised over the phone that the deal would be closed. I leave extremely disappointed today, because I was hoping to build a relationship with this dealership for the future here in Abilene.

In all this there is a bright side, because I believe in giving props where it is due. My sales associate Patrick was a true gentleman and answered all my questions. I d give him 5 stars for all his help. Was prompt in responding to my calls, answering my questions, and patient with me. I could tell that he wasn t there to force me into buying a car, but helped me decide. If you go to this dealership, ask for Patrick, he s straight forward with you even when the managers go behind your back on their words...
