A lot of times people are understandably apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle. I know that I had concerns about my own ability to find and select a vehicle that is "right" for me. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we were reviewing and he imparted his knowledge to us in a way that made you comfortable with whichever vehicle was chosen. We decided on a Toyota Venza, which was certified pre-owned and is in great condition. Chris worked with us and was so thorough in his SERVICE that when the time came to complete the paperwork all we had to do is "sign on the dotted line". It was so simple!
