The sales experience was great. The salesman seemed very knowledgeable and he didn't pretend to know something he didn't know about the Toyota we purchased. Lithia would've gotten a great rating on all of the survey categories except for the fact that the truck detailing could've been done better. There was spilled coffee in the back of the truck, sticky stuff in the bottom of the passenger door, and some of the trim was polished and some of it wasn't. Apart from that I would buy another vehicle from Toyota of Abilene.

Started internet pricing process via Sam's Club (Truecar) and put in requests with multiple dealers in the Metroplex and with Lithia Toyota of Abilene. We were put in contact with Aaron Coker at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very prompt. He even responded to our pricing request on/just after a holiday, and that probably got Lithia the sale. As they say, the early bird gets the worm. Up front pricing and a painless sales process means I would be happy to do business with Aaron Coker again. P.S. The vehicle is great.
I went to look at a few cars and the sales attendant was going to get the key for me to look inside of a couple of cars as he went in I noticed one of the other sales man stop him I have no idea what was said but I just noticed him laughing and he told the other guy not to get the keys. When I did get to see a vehicle it was disgusting and the front window was broken. The sales man went out his way to bring it to me to. I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter and had to explain to her what happened.

After totaling our 2016 Toyota Tundra in a head on collision we decided another Tundra was a must since it literally saved my husbands life! Phillip Underwood made the process so easy. He took care of it all and left us with one less stressor in our lives to deal with. We literally walked in and out in 1 hour with our brand new pick up. He s definitely a people person, honest, and holds up to his word. Which is hard to come by these days. The finance department also worked wonders for us in helping us get the truck financed. After having a less than favorable experience in Midland with a Toyota dealer that obviously did not think they needed our business I talked to Ken Terry on the phone and he immediately let me know that they did not have what we were looking for, but he would find it. He did! We ended up with a model year newer vehicle with more options for a better price. The value of what we got far exceeded what we were shown in Midland! On top of that we got a better price on our trade in. Some would say that it all boiled down to price, but in the end we spent a little more on the vehicle but we were treated as if they wanted our business. It is hard to explain how in Midland we were only about $1,800 apart on completing a deal, but never felt like they wanted or needed our business. Instead we got more vehicle, drove over 300 miles round trip and still felt better about the car we purchased and how we were treated.
Everybody at this dealership treated us as if it was their job to make sure we knew they wanted our business! We never felt pressured to purchase the 4 Runner even though they had brought it in for us to look at, it was part of the service.

I was working on a deal with a salesman and he seemed new, sincere, and enthusiastic to sell a vehicle. I stated that I had a previous offer at a dealership for a set amount for their new vehicle and they amount I paid for mine, so he goes over and discusses it with his sales manager and the sales manger said he can do it. I have them run my credit and was ready to do the deal.
The manager comes back with an offer and lies right off the bat and states that my vehicle is only worth $9500 at manheim auction and unbeknownst to him I am on the Manheim auction site that the dealers use and it shows the vehicle is worth nearly $11000 for dealership purchase. He stated they were going to sell it at auction. Now I am annoyed because they did an hard credit enquiry and wasted my time.
I visited this location and had the pleasure of working with car salesman Sara McCarter. She was absolutely amazing and did everything possible to make sure I left satisfied . She was not only patient and understanding but she also was honest and did not try to talk me into deals that I did not want. Because of her I was able to purchase my first brand new car and drove off that lot feeling wonderful. The service department was quick to receive me when I arrived and the system that is in place is quite efficient. I did not have to wait long for a service Rep who was very friendly and courteous. Layton Norris immediately sent me a text message and explained how it worked. He took my concerns about the vehicle and stated they would address the situation with their head mechanic and continue with the regular maintenance that was due. I had a very comfortable wait with wonderful amenities and even ordered sunshades for my new Sienna while waiting. Service was a less wait time than advised and Layton gave full explanation of all work done with a very detailed receipt which is nice. I'm very happy with my new Toyota Sienna and my new service people at Lithia. We are hoping to enjoy a long and happy relationship with them.

We just had some repairs done to our 2003 Toyota Sequoia. The staff in the service department are top notch and the service manager David Teaff ensures his people take care of their customers. My repair was the same price I was quoted, and they even took care of some other things. They checked the vehicle for recalls and took care of that too! It was well worth the 90 mile drive to save hundreds of dollars and will be recommending them to everyone needing service to their Toyota. I am really grateful for Lithia Toyota of Abilene's Service Department. Thanks a bunch!
Buying a vehicle for me was initially a scary experience. I was afraid of the payment that comes with a new vehicle but I knew that it would be an investment. THANK GOD I FOUND JOHN NICHOLS! I recently bought a 2014 Venza from Lithia Toyota of Abilene. This is my first Toyota vehicle. I'm convinced this is the best dealership in Abilene. I have never owned a Toyota and was intent on buying the newer Ford but had to check out a Toyota my best friend has one so I thought I would see what they had to offer The sales consultant Jay Fellers was very helpful. It was my first experience of buying a car alone He was very knowledgeable in all aspects He explained everything in a way that anyone could understand it. Very friendly not hassling like most sales personnel I have been to three other dealerships and most had to have it there way. I was not going through the dealership to finance everyone gave me a hard time on that but Lithia Toyota did not have a problem with it I guess they knew how it is to have a bank you can trust just like a dealership that is there for you not themselves. I LOVE my new Venza and I have a dealership that I will return to for my next purchase. If you go to Lithia Toyota look up JAY FELLERS he is an awesome consultant cant get any better than he is. I just bought a new vehicle here. Before this experience, I had been blessed by my father with a vehicle that he bought for me years ago. So, this was my first time buying a vehicle. Raul Rodriguez was the sales consultant working with us, and he did a great job. After I bought the car, I came in a couple days later when we both had time for him to show me all the modern features of my vehicle (he hooked up my phone, transferred my contacts, showed me how to use all the fancy equipment, etc.) Great job.
SaraSavannah McCarter was the sales person that helped me. She was very helpful through the whole process. We took a test drive and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to tell me about every single feature that i asked about (and some that I didn't). SaraSavannah McCarter was patient with me as i was trying to negotiate with her. I definitely wasn't trying to make it easy. I don't think there was a single thing i would have changed about the process. SaraSavanna was honest and upfront with everything which I respect a great deal. I was not expecting to leave that day with a new vehicle and trading mine in but she made it happen with the help of their great staff. Lithia Toyota has earned a lifelong customer because of their professionalism.

I called in the morning to schedule an oil change. They got me in the same day and time I wanted. Jacob Fuller met me when I pulled up. He was so friendly and professional. He had so much patience with me as I was unorganized. He went way out of his way to help me get my insurance card I couldn't find. He was very willing to help without me feeling as if I was a bother. Great service especially since I just dropped in unannounced. I was traveling and noticed I needed an oil change the needed an oil change. With already 200 miles past due and another 300 miles to go y'all took me right in even though the shop was busy. This is the second time this has happened. Same great service.
