Went and got a new car here after my car broke down completely in the middle of no where! I got great service from Philip and it was such a relief after such a horrible weekend I had with my old car. He was so great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had to register my car in Florida and there were a lot of steps to take and he was very willing to help me out with everything! He was never pushy and very professional. Thank you Phil! Ask for him everyone!

I went to Lithia Toyota because my car was pretty much crap.
I dealt with a salesman named Aaron Coker, he was patient and he focused totally on what I needed. He did everything in his power to make sure I left there in a reliable vehicle. Well as discouraged as I was he kept my hopes up and my spirits high. I left there in a 2016 Toyota Corolla. The best salesman I have ever dealt with. Very positive, very polite, and very professional.

Daniel has been the best sales person I have ever worked with and I had a horrible coughing attack during the test drive and he was very nice and patient and was probably scared to death lol but we made it back safely and now I m waiting to sign papers on my new car!!! We ve been customers for years and always tried to do things the right way base on what they recommended. I went to them multiple times to get options and was told that I wouldn t owe anything as long as I was under the mileage max, there were no major damages to the car and I got my next car through them, they would take care of me and take it off my hands . I turned my lease in and I wasn t told I would have a $3,000 balance or given the choice to add it on the next existing account. I had to find out by calling the TFS bank because we turned in the leased car in December and had paid Januarys bill so naturally I wanted my refund. The TFS bank were very nice and I have no issues with them. But they were the ones to tell me that I still had a balance. When they asked why wasn t I given the option to have the balance added to my next financed car, I said that s what I thought should ve happened too . They recommend me to call the dealership. I called constantly to get the issue resolved and didn t receive a call back from Craig after he said he would call everyday until the matter was resolved. Waited 2 weeks until I was fed up. I had to speak with the GM Kenan and he played the shoulda, coulda, woulda on us and when I asked for my contract info and he refused. Never going again. Would not recommend.

Always get my vehicle serviced at Lithia Toyota of Abilene! Best customer service in the world!!! Jacob was very courteous and friendly! Y'all are the reason I keep buying vehicles here!! Over the top guys!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! As a first time car buyer I was so stressed! Many places were trying to take advantage of the fact that I didn t know what Anything was even like. Our salesman, Ryan Townsend, was amazing! I loved the way Mr. Terry treated us. Not pushy, answered questions, showed us everything on the car. He did not ask the stupid question of "What would it take to get you to buy this car today?" I have left many dealers when that was asked. He was super nice and helpful. We're in our mid 60's and if we live long enough to buy another car we will come back to this dealer.

I recently bought a car from Lithia Toyota of Abilene. I had shopped around in dallas at multiple dealerships thinking I would get a better deal. The entire day was a complete waste. I test drove three cars and the service was horrible at all three places. I came back home to Abilene and spoke to two dealerships. Each dealership had a decent deal but the service and support from Matt Moreno and his team was next level. Matt worked hard crunching numbers and looking through their inventory to find the vehicle that fit my needs and was within my budget. It was by far the best experience I have had buying a car so far. I would recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to give Toyota Lithia of Abilene a shot. Recently my husband and I purchased a new Highlander from Lithia Toyota in Abilene. One of the biggest assets to us purchasing this vehicle was due to the service and respect from 3 of their employees; Greg Parks, Aaron Coker and Andrew Little; that was giving to us. Greg took the time and ownership of his job by making sure that I learned the in and outs of my new vehicle. Greg then introduced us to Andrew Elliot to have him involved in the financial outlook to purchasing the vehicle and to insure we were receiving the best bang for our bucks. Both Greg and Andrew made us their primary focus point through our purchase. Greg then took us to the office of Aaron Coker, responsible for filing paperwork. Aaron has the program down pat!!! He was so organized explaining the paperwork, printing it on the computer and providing us with all the information in a timely manner that it blew my mind.

Once again the team of Greg, Aaron and Andrew were amazing!!! My next automobile will be a Toyota based on the service that I received from this team.

This was my first time ever buying a new car. When I first went in, I didn't have any credit. Instead of turning me away, Andrew Elliott gave me some advice and a direction to go so he could help me out. I had been without a car for a few months. About 3 months later, I talked with Andrew again, and lo and behold, I had credit, good credit. Within the next 24 hours, I drove off the lot with a '13 Corolla with excellent coverage and an amazing interest rate. I really appreciate all the help I received not only from Andrew but almost everyone up there.

I had an awesome experience at Lithia Toyota of Abilene! I brought in my two vehicles for oil changes and tire rotation. My check in was effortless and my service completed quickly. My service advisor, Jacob, is top notch. Jacob is very personable and explained to me what services come with Toyota Care and my lifetime oil change plan, while my service was being performed, he texted me updates and arranged the dealership shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the cars were ready. I've been working with Philip Underwood for years. Got my mother-in-law a used car, my son a used car and now I finally broke down and got a 2017 Tundra from Philip. Both used cars are still on the road after many years and buying process was easy.
The Tundra was even better because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I sat down with Philip and we spec'ed out exactly what I wanted and placed the order. 6 weeks later my truck, exactly as I wanted, was there. We did the credit approval over the phone and when I walked in to see it, all the paperwork was ready to go. After a quick test drive (truck was completely detailed) it took less than an hour to get all processed and drive away with a new vehicle. I will continue to go back to Philip for all my car needs. Highly recommend asking for him.

We drove to Lithia Toyota with a chip on our shoulder because we had been looking at vehicles all day and the last dealership we went to...well...it wasn't Lithia Toyota and they didn't have a Kevin Baker. Mr. Kevin Baker had one job that day - sell us a truck. But not just any truck THE truck. Him and his team, Andrew and Aaron, went over and beyond to get us into our new Tundra. Our Cavalry Blue Tundra. We had come to an impasse for a short while with the truck itself and our monthly payment. So we had spotted a new Corolla Hatchback. Kevin Baker had one job - unbeknownst to him it was a stop sale and we were emotional together about it. Not wanting us to fall through the *crack* or *roll* into a new dealership we were going to give it one more try. Kevin Baker and his team did a phenomenal job and we are the proud owners of a new Toyota Tundra. Did we just become best friends?!? YEP!

I was shopping for a used car as I didn't think I could afford a new one. My son was with me helping me out, Greg Parks walks up to us, we told him what we were looking for he showed me a 2019 used Camry I drove it, it was nice but I really didn't like the color. I told Greg I would really like to have a red car. When we returned to the dealership he pointed out a red Camry it was a 2020 Greg was very helpful showing me I could afford this new car. When I drove it I fell in love with it. When all the financing was done the payments were within my budget. Greg helped set my phone up to the car, he went over everything in the car with me. Greg was very nice and polite the whole time we were with him.

2nd vehicle we've bought from Lithia Toyota and were very pleased with dealership. Sharp show room and comfortable waiting area. Salesman David Brigham was very honest and straight forward, knowledgeable and professional. If I need to buy another car will come here again.

Was greeted in a friendly, courteous, professional by David Connell, the service advisor. he explained to me what would be included in the service to my Highlander. He showed me where the waiting area was and offered me coffee and donuts and informed me that my wait would be less than an hour. In about 40 minutes he came and informed me that my vehicle was ready to go at which time he briefed me on what was serviced and that everything else checked out ok. He offered to make an appointment for me in six months but I elected to do it myself. All work was accomplished in a professional manner and I really appreciate the young lady who was standing by the driver's door of my vehicle and opened it for me. I really believe that Toyota of Abilene cares for their customers and appreciates our business. I am an 88 year old disabled veteran of 28 years in the USAF.

I worked with Jimmy & he worked with me to get the car of my dreams! My 2017 4Runner runs great & fits my family perfectly!!! It s comfortable & spacious!!

I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle at this time, but as life goes, my CX7 engine blew up on 7/3.
So unfortunately this put me shopping for a new vehicle on July 4th. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and friendly.
Sales Rep Sam Sloane helped through the process of buying another vehicle, and worked with me to meet my needs, as he understood the situation I was in, as I travel for a living,a and was far from my home.
Even though I do not live in Abilene, after this experience, I will consider traveling back to this dealership when I need another vehicle.

Mark Dunagan was absolutely the best! We came all the way from Lubbock, just to purchase a vehicle.

He was so helpful he told us he would call us if it had sold before we got there to save us a trip. He gave us all the details over the phone so when we arrived there were no surprises.

He reminds me of that old school way of doing business, where you stand by your word, your word is your name & your name means everything.

He wasn't just trying to make a sale. He genuinely cared for us and wanted the best for our little family.

Even after we drove off the lot and got our door stuck, he was easy to access and told us to take it right back to customer service who would be waiting to help solve the issue. Got it fixed in no time at all, and even informed us of what we had done, so as not to do it again.

Love how we were treated/valued at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. When we are in the market for purchase another vehicle, we will be returning!

8/4/20: A few days ago I ran over something and my tire was constantly losing air. Due to Covid, I was kinda terrified to have to go somewhere and leave it or wait, etc. I was kind of panicking. On a whim I called the service department to see what precautions they were taking. Jeff, the service advisor, told me they could actually come pick up the car from my house, take it for service and bring it back. The only contact I d have is signing my papers at the end AND they had an auto disinfectant they d use. I decided to go for it and I m thrilled I did. They called this morning when they were on the way. I got a call after my car got to the shop and a call about an hour later when they were done. This was SO simple and stress free. The amount of care and concern they showed should be a gold standard for anyone in this uncertain time. My heart is so full of love and appreciation to the service team. I am definitely now a Lithia customer FOR LIFE. Thank you Jeff and team for truly caring about your customers!

Prior: My review is for the service department. They are exceptionally kind and professional. I truly felt I mattered as a customer and they really wanted to do the right thing. Bought the wife a new 2012 Camry SE. Thought their sales rep Kyle Finlayson was so great that I came back and bought myself a 2009 Tundra! We'll definitely be recommending Kyle and/or Toyota Abilene to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

My service advisor was David Wright. He was great to work with. I had scheduled a basic service for my Rav4 (oil change, multi-point inspection), and while I was checking in with David, I asked him about getting new tires for my vehicle during the same appointment. He patiently went over tire options with me and added this service to my scheduled appointment. He was very helpful and friendly. The service didn t take any longer than expected. Overall, I had a great experience at Lithia Toyota of Abilene.

Buying a new RAV4 was a very pleasant experience. The sales and finance departments were super.

We bought another vehicle from Lithia Toyota, this time we had the pleasure of working with Raul Rodriguez as our sales consultant. Raul went above and beyond my expectations and took time to make sure the vehicles we were looking at were going to meet the needs of our teenage daughter. He always kept her safety as a concern and made sure we understood the advantages of each vehicle.

There was never any pressure to go with one vehicle or another or to even purchase a car right then. The low pressure, helpful attitude made selecting a Toyota much easier.
When it came time to discuss the details of the financing, one of the sales manager, Craig, took his time to make sure I understood every aspect of the deal. Finally, in the office signing papers, the finance manager, Mike, made sure we understood the additional options but never pressured me into feeling as if I had to buy anything additional.

Even with the friendly atmosphere and high quality vehicles, at the end of the day I bought a Toyota because of Raul. He is an outstanding representation of what Lithia is. Thanks Raul!
