Over the past couple of months I searched high and low, statewide, for a Toyota Tundra and was unable to commit until I found exactly what I wanted at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. Within minutes of seeing the truck for sale, I contacted the dealership. When I spoke with Mark Harris, he was knowledgeable and helpful, enough so, that I knew immediately I wanted to do business with Mark. Mark was extremely efficient and had final pricing options to me within minutes. I've bought many cars over the years and Mark, by far, was the most professional and efficient salesman I've worked with. After work I drove 85 miles to Abilene to pick up my new truck and when I arrived, Mark was waiting with keys in hand for a test drive. Following a quick test drive around the lot, as I was in a hurry to get home that night, I completed the the necessary paperwork to take possession of the truck. Amazingly, and due to Mark's preparation and with Mike M. working the numbers in Finance, I was in and out of the dealership and on my way home in about an hour. Amazing customer service! Bought a pre-owned car from Lithia. They treated me well. Until it was time to sign. From what I've gathered, they train their sales people to look customers in the eye and flat out lie to them in order to make a sale. Was told I would have free oil changes. When the time came to change the oil, they acted like they didn't know anything about anything. So I got in my car and left. These guys are worse than the chumps over at McGavock. At least McGavock tells you they are screwing you.

I was very satisfied with my sales representative Kevin Baker, who went through a lot of hoops to make sure I was fully satisfied in the vehicle I was getting and at the price I wanted. Very satisfied with the service I received and the quality of my truck.
Andrew Elliot really helped us out. My wife and I were in the market for a van and Andrew did everything in his power to make sure we were able to get it. When my wife had some concerns about some stiffness in the response of the van, Andrew took the vehicle to the service department and they were able to loosen up the controls to exactly what my wife wanted. I would highly recommend you give Andrew a call if the Toyota dealership has a vehicle you are interested in. He is friendly and is not a cheap used car salesman.

My husband got a new Camry last year and since then I ve wanted one too. When the 2018 camrys came out he brought one to me and said that he wanted one and I did too. Andrew and Craig worked to make it happen and got it done so we could have our new 2018 Camry. Now we both drive Toyota s and couldn t be happier. Craig and Andrew showed us yesterday that were family now and they bent over backwards to make sure it happened. Mike would have to but his back wouldn t allow him to bend very far (jk) thanks guys we love our camrys!

I took my 2020 Camry in for its first check-up. I was able to schedule online and waited in the clean, socially distanced customer area. All the employees were masked and cordial. Jacob Fuller, my advisor, did a fine job with getting me in and out.

I arrived as a new customer for my 5000 mile check up and was greeted by Jeff. He explained that it might be a longer wait w/o an appointment but would be happy to work in my request. 45 short minutes later, he advised me the check up was done. I've been to otjer dealership and had appt that took 2 hrs. I will definitely be there for my next service check.
Greg Parks is a great salesman who truly cares about the customer's needs, not just making a sale. We visited Lithia Toyota of Abilene three times this past summer before finally purchasing a RAV4, and Greg Parks was with us each time, making sure he understood what we wanted. This was not the case at other dealers in town, so we were extremely happy with Greg's service, as well as everyone else we met with at this Toyota dealer. He kept me well informed on what was going on, about how much time was left and even brought me out to my vehicle to inform me of other issues with my vehicle discovered during maintenance. The additional information was very detailed and informative due to the fact that worn parts that needed to be changed asap were discovered. Awesome experience overall! I will definitely be back!
David Brigham was my Sales Consultant and he was outstanding! He didn't pressure me at all - just educated me on the vehicle I was interested in. I went home with all of the info he provided and then the next day, decided to make the purchase. I look forward to saying hi to him and keeping in touch, when I get my vehicle serviced at Lithia in the future.
Not once but twice they "forgot" to tighten the oil cap and each time it leaked the 40 mile drive back home, we then called and I had to drive it back another 40 miles so they could clean the leaked oil out then drive another 40 miles back home. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE ! Word to the wise ask the one that's working at the service desk to go double check that it is properly in place before you leave. Very frustrating.
I hate buying a car; however, I had an awesome experience today getting a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Lithia of Abilene. I found the vehicle online, and made a phone call to make sure it was still available, since I would be driving from San Angelo to Abilene to get it. I will NOT buy a vehicle from the Lithia dealership here in San Angelo, Too many bad experiences!! The salesman in Abilene was Mark Harris. He made something that I usually hate into a pleasant experience. Between him, and the finance manager, Russ Rogers, I would gladly buy another vehicle from this dealership. The customer service was great! My girlfriend will be buying a new vehicle in the near future, and we will be making the same 180 mile round trip to see these guys!!

Let me start by saying a big thank you to Philip Underwood back in September he made the impossible possible,by getting me in my 2016 TRD Tacoma. He also gave me a sweet deal on it! He made my experience awesome even told him that I'd definitely be coming back after the first of the year when I paid off my wife's car to buy another one. Philip and Lithia Toyota impressed me so much that they had set the bar high for car shopping. But today I took my new Tacoma to get looked at because I was having issues with it. I was informed that it was a bad sensor and they wouldn't have it till Wednesday. Well that was a big inconvenience for me because I work 5 hours out of town. The rent a car was of no help and a waist of my time! So today I'm giving the customer service and service department a big F! I feel as if I was let down and hold them to a lower standard.

Bruce Land was our salesman. My wife and I were dead set on purchasing a Jeep Patriot for the space for our family. Bruce talked us into test driving a Toyota Venza. My wife loved the look and feel for the Patriot, but Bruce pulled the Venza next to the Patriot and asked us to compare the two and see if we liked it. I feel like Bruce spent the time and got to know our family and our needs and wants in a vehicle. We compared the Jeep next to the Toyota and saw that the Toyota actually had more room, more features, and a lot better warranty. We don t feel like Bruce was trying to sell us a car. It was more like he was a friend trying to help us make the best decision.
We have had the car for about two weeks now and the entire family loves it. We drove it 2,500 miles the first week we had it. It is exactly what we wanted in a car. As long as Bruce is working for Lithia Toyota, that is where we will be buying the rest of our vehicles.

I was very happy with the entire process. Patrick is an excellent no pressure salesman. When I got there, I told him the range of vehicles and prices I was looking for and he did his best to make that happen. I was actually planning to buy a used car at another dealership but he made me a better deal on a brand new Camry than I would have gotten with the used car I was considering. They took care of everything and all I had to do was sign a bunch of papers. I could not be happier with the treatment I received at Lithia from Patrick and the finance officer.

I came to buy a car and had already been to Honda and was turned down. Honda wouldnt listen to me when I told them I wanted to finance with my credit union. Gregg Fenwick was excellent! I told Gregg that I wanted to finance with my credit union. He let me test drive the car and listened to my questions and concerns. He was great with everything.
Great Service. Kenan Pyeatt is a great manager and I have to give 6 Stars to Chris Ashley, my salesperson. I looked at a few different vehicles, trucks, vans, cars and they kept with me and helped me all of the way. I ended up driving away with a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. I bought a used Ford from Lithia and had an issue with it. The Ford dealership wanted us to way 10 days before they could look at it. Kenan Pyeatt had me bring it to them and they had it sent to Anson for service. Simple computer reprogram and I had it back in a few days. Very disapointed in this dealership. When i bought my 2016 tacoma i was told it was too hard to find so they refused to look for it. I bought my tacoma at another dealership. Now my son is with me to look at the Tundras and the salesman stated that he has to be with us while we are looking at the vehicles. But does a sales person have to be with us if we look on a Sunday?
I stopped by a week ago looking to change out my 2 door for a more family friendly 4 door. Was greeted by Aaron Coker who was very friendly and had answers to all the questions I had. Highly recommend if you are in search if a new vehicle you won't regret it!

I got great service from Shelby Parker when I brought in my Corolla for its annual state inspection. Right after, I drove across town to pay for my 2019 car registration, and the safety information was already in the computer system so all I had to do was pay for the windshield sticker.
We ve been customers for years and always tried to do things the right way base on what they recommended. I went to them multiple times to get options and was told that I wouldn t owe anything as long as I was under the mileage max, there were no major damages to the car and I got my next car through them, they would take care of me and take it off my hands . I turned my lease in and I wasn t told I would have a $3,000 balance or given the choice to add it on the next existing account. I had to find out by calling the TFS bank because we turned in the leased car in December and had paid Januarys bill so naturally I wanted my refund. The TFS bank were very nice and I have no issues with them. But they were the ones to tell me that I still had a balance. When they asked why wasn t I given the option to have the balance added to my next financed car, I said that s what I thought should ve happened too . They recommend me to call the dealership. I called constantly to get the issue resolved and didn t receive a call back from Craig after he said he would call everyday until the matter was resolved. Waited 2 weeks until I was fed up. I had to speak with the GM Kenan and he played the shoulda, coulda, woulda on us and when I asked for my contract info and he refused. Never going again. Would not recommend.
My service person, Russ McGuire is always awesome. He listened to my concerns and found a way to take care of my car and keep me safe.
I surprised "Juggling Jeff" with a 7:30 a.m. arrival on Monday. (Apparently the online system hadn't updated over the weekend.) He promised to get me in and out even though I wasn't on his list yet. Oil changed with a couple of routine items taken care of on the multi-point inspection and out the door in less than 45 minutes.
Can't ask for much better service than that!
Fast, friendly and professional service. My 30k mile service was at least an hour shorter than I expected and was able to get things done on Saturday instead of sitting and waiting. Shelby Parker was my service person and I was very pleased with the service.

They have an excellent show room and waiting area, that has a kids room and very comfortable furniture. Their restrooms were very clean, which I appreciated. The salesman, Mike Stock, was knowledgeable and worked patiently with me to find the right vehicle. He was very friendly and never "pressed" as we searched for the truck that fit. The purchase and financing of my new vehicle was as painless and we'll organized as possible, all though those payments are still there. It did take a while to get my windshield fixed, due to weather and scheduling, but that's contracted out and no one's fault really. They have a well deserved reputation of being a very good customer oriented dealership. I highly recommend doing business here, and very likely will return myself when in search of my next vehicle.
