My service advisor was David Wright. He was great to work with. I had scheduled a basic service for my Rav4 (oil change, multi-point inspection), and while I was checking in with David, I asked him about getting new tires for my vehicle during the same appointment. He patiently went over tire options with me and added this service to my scheduled appointment. He was very helpful and friendly. The service didn t take any longer than expected. Overall, I had a great experience at Lithia Toyota of Abilene.
