I had an awesome experience at Lithia Toyota of Abilene! I brought in my two vehicles for oil changes and tire rotation. My check in was effortless and my service completed quickly. My service advisor, Jacob, is top notch. Jacob is very personable and explained to me what services come with Toyota Care and my lifetime oil change plan, while my service was being performed, he texted me updates and arranged the dealership shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the cars were ready. I have owned other brands of cars and gone to other dealers in the past. I am so glad that now I own Toyotas and Lithia Toyota of Abilene is my dealer!
