Was greeted in a friendly, courteous, professional by David Connell, the service advisor. he explained to me what would be included in the service to my Highlander. He showed me where the waiting area was and offered me coffee and donuts and informed me that my wait would be less than an hour. In about 40 minutes he came and informed me that my vehicle was ready to go at which time he briefed me on what was serviced and that everything else checked out ok. He offered to make an appointment for me in six months but I elected to do it myself. All work was accomplished in a professional manner and I really appreciate the young lady who was standing by the driver's door of my vehicle and opened it for me. I really believe that Toyota of Abilene cares for their customers and appreciates our business. I am an 88 year old disabled veteran of 28 years in the USAF.
