Had a failure on my Tacoma of my own making and called Lithia speaking with service writer named Paul. He arranged for wrecker service and got my vehicle in for repair on a moments notice without an appointment. I m talking mid-day on a Saturday. My vehicle was repaired and I was back in the road in a matter of hours. The customer service was excellent. The service folks were professional, courteous and friendly. Kudos to the service department. It s nice knowing I can depend on service after the sale.
Went in for an oil change the staff was very friendly and helpful while getting the oil changed they found a nail in my tire and fixed that as well an in a timely manner!
I bought a new 2015 Tundra at Lithia Toyota of Abilene and my salesman was Mark Harris. Mark was great to work with and I will work with him in the future.
On a side note what the hell was Toyota thinking when they changed the backseat. It absolutely sucks! There is no place for my gear to be stored and I can no longer get my dog kennels in the truck. If Toyota did surveys and the change to the back seat was what customers wanted how come as a 2011 Toyota Tundra owner I was never surveyed? I call BS on Toyota for this change as it's a dollar saving move only. Good thing I keep the 2011 Toyota Tundra now my dogs can still go on long trips and not die in the Texas heat.
Jimmy Young an Greg Parks were a great help in the whole car buying process . In many cases I heard car buying was supposed to be a big long process but jimmy and greg made it way more convenient and time friendly. Their commitment to helping was unparalleled they were patient and very informative. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Abilene to my fellow airmen who are looking into car buying Jimmy and Greg are the go to guys.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Kyle Corr at Lithia Toyota. Working with Kyle was a pleasure. He is a very kind, honest and trustworthy individual. Kyle is very easy to work with and will do what ever it takes to make sure he answers all your questions to your satisfaction. He made the entire vehicle purchasing process much easier. Even though I live 150 miles away I will consider buying another vehicle here and would definitely recommend anyone to do the same. Pulled in to get and oil change and cabin filter replacement, Jason got me in and out within about an hour and a half even do a brake fluid and power steering fluid change service that I had not considered prior to his suggestion. As they were pulling out they noticed the left rear light was out and replaced the bulb. Exce lent service. While waiting I looked at new cars and was greatly helped by the finance manager who answered my questions realizing that I was not going to buy
I brought in my Corolla since the air bag was recalled. Sam Norris, the service rep, told me it would be maybe three hours, so I settled down in the waiting area with a book and 2 1/2 hours later it was ready and I drove it off the lot. No problem.
My husband and I went to Lithia Toyota to look at certified used cars and ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Camry because of how great the service there was. I had excellent service in purchasing a new vehicle with Litia Toyota. The sales representative, Matt Moreno, went far above my expectations in getting me into the vehicle that fitted me best. I went there to purchase a particular vehicle that I thought was going to be a really good deal for me, but Matt suggested a different vehicle that fit my style better than the original idea. I had no idea that I could even get the vehicle that Matt suggested, but when he showed me the options I couldn t believe the deal I was getting. Easy-breezy car buying process in Lithia Toyota of Abilene. We went in with a list of cars we wanted to look at, we were greeted right away by Matt Moreno, great guy and very helpful, and we got our car on the very same day. No added hassles, fast and awesome service all around.
Wanted to take a moment to express how grateful we were to have the opportunity to work with Michael Coker at Lithia Toyota! He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and worked hard to get us the BEST deal that works for our family. We came in looking for a truck for my husband and left with his dream (a 2020 Toyota Tacoma). Lithia Toyota of Abilene has a great vehicle service department. My recent visit was with Shelby Parker. I love having a shuttle ride to work, so I spend minimal time at the dealership and get the attention my vehicle needs. They do a multi-point inspection and update me on the condition of my vehicle. I highly recommend!

i called with several questions about the vehicle i was interested and all my calls were returned in a timely manner by Michael Hoyt. This dealer had the vehicle that i wanted in stock when many others did not. My experience with another local dealership was definitely unsatisfactory, so that made my vehicle buying experience with Lithia stand out even more. I love the staff at Lithia. They helped me choose a car and were very patient with me when it took more than a couple of months for me to decide if I wanted a car or not. Brandon Bonds was very helpful and did not pressure me at all to make a sale if I didn't want to. He stuck with me through the whole process and even when he wasn't available he set me up with another amazing associate (Jasani Bromfield). Jasani was so helpful and was willing to go the distance to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the car and the price. The sales manager Jim Buckner was also amazing. He actually came out to shake my hand and kept me from going to Dallas by matching the price that they had the same type of car for. Even the finance manager Brian Smith was nice. He got all the paper work done in a timely manner and even made us feel like family when we were talking. He didn't push us to buy every warranty but helped us make a decision based on our needs. I really have enjoyed my experience here at this dealership and will recommend this place to anyone that asks.

John went above and beyond our expectations for ensuring that my wife's 2015 Corolla was a great fit for her and that my 2013 Tundra was a great fit for me and for my family as a whole. Toyota of Abilene has the most professional, knowledgeable, and very down to earth staff. Mr. Ronny was our salesperson and he was super attentive and really listened to what I wanted to do. He was not pushy and kept it 100% real when it came to real tough decision-making on car buying. He walked me through the process from choosing a car, to buying/leasing options hassle free! He really took the time so that I could make a smart decision on which car to get, to the point that he d stay after hours so that I was happy with what I d end up getting. I was able to choose a car that had nice-ities, and was still within budget. In addition to this great staff member are Mr. Steve and Ronny s boss (I forgot his name...) who helped me on the financial side of this experience. Again, they were not pushy at all and actually listened to what I was looking for a car. Everything that was negotiated, I was really satisfied with. They were all kind and put effort into making sure that their customer has 100% satisfaction. Overall, they have excellent customer service! Lastly, I highly recommend Mr. Ronny to anybody who really wants to get on the nitty-gritty on car buying! He will not waste your time, but will actually take the time needed for you to get the car that you need. I ended up getting a 2019 RAV4 and I love it!
I really enjoyed the fact that I never felt pressure to purchase the vehicle. The sales person kept in touch and I was able to do a lot of the work through email. When I asked for the best out the door price, they gave me a price and I thought about it and said, let me think about it. They came back and asked, what price would you like to be at on this vehicle. I gave them a number and they got really close to it. They always seemed to be willing to at least try to work with me the whole time. I also like the fact that the price of the vehicle included everything other than the tax, title and license, which all dealerships are the same there.
I did not think I would be able to get a new car, but John Nichols and Michael made it happen. I am very pleased with my Scion IA. When I need another car, I will go to Lithia again.
Internet Purchase. How many people buy a truck that they have not driven? Fly 1000 miles to get it. I did. With pictures, info, carfax info.and being a Toyota Dealership and in talking with Kyle Corr on phone and texting with him even on his day off. I felt I got the truck I wanted at a great deal.
