My review is for the service department!
8/4/20: A few days ago I ran over something and my tire was constantly losing air. Due to Covid, I was kinda terrified to have to go somewhere and leave it or wait, etc. I was kind of panicking. On a whim I called the service department to see what precautions they were taking. Jeff, the service advisor, told me they could actually come pick up the car from my house, take it for service and bring it back. The only contact I d have is signing my papers at the end AND they had an auto disinfectant they d use. I decided to go for it and I m thrilled I did. They called this morning when they were on the way. I got a call after my car got to the shop and a call about an hour later when they were done. This was SO simple and stress free. The amount of care and concern they showed should be a gold standard for anyone in this uncertain time. My heart is so full of love and appreciation to the service team. I am definitely now a Lithia customer FOR LIFE. Thank you Jeff and team for truly caring about your customers!
Prior: My review is for the service department. They are exceptionally kind and professional. I truly felt I mattered as a customer and they really wanted to do the right thing. They never tried to sell me something I didn t need. I felt my car was in very good hands. My service advisor, Jacob, was the absolute best. He communicated wonderfully and gave me constant updates. There was never a time I wondered what I was going on. I ll definitely be returning for any future service needs.
