These people are the WORST in customer service. I needed to send in my smoker for repair. I called and advised them the packing costs were going to be expensive and the CS rep said to get a reciept and they would pay for the packing costs. I spent $54,00 for packing at the UPS store and sent it. I called today and the CS rep and her supervisor said they would not reimburse me for the packing costs. So the first CS rep lied to me and they said there is nothing they can do about it, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They lied and they don't care that they lied.

It took them 2 weeks and 3 telephone calls for me to finally get the label for my phone that was having problems recognizing the SIM card. I sent the phone in a week ago and they are now telling my it will be another 2-3 weeks before I will get my phone back. I will be without a phone for over a month at this point. I could have gone and bought another phone by now with the amount I paid for the warranty and the amount of time I've been without my device which I use for work. The most frustrating thing is that not one person I've talked to has sounded sympathetic or spoken with a sense of urgency about how long this process has been going on and acted like the amount of time is a big deal. I use my phone for business and my clients are unable to reach me. It is a big deal and it is obvious they don't care.

I sent in my i pod to be repaired to be returned with someone else's i pod! I could maybe understand misreading the serial number it is very tiny but not only did that not match but it was engraved with a woman's name on it. The shipping process is horrible, they do not listen, and they attempt to justify every mistake they make instead of just accepting it. So my i pod was replaced with I think is a new one and it died within three months. I sent it in again and of course they managed to screw it up again. They sent my i pod with my name on it and the address of a package pick up center like it was my apartment and of course they had no idea who I was. There mistakes are not simple ones they are very careless ones. I am not sure how they stay in business.

I am very impressed with these guys. My kindle fire had stopped working and thankfully I had a protection plan (which expires next month..phew). I sent it out on a Thursday and it's Wednesday and I have it! They wrote a nice note explaining what they did and what was replaced. I highly recommend them. I'll continue to use them.

My experience with Lifetime Service to repair my Fender tube guitar amp was excellent. The people I met were friendly and professional. I have purchased almost all my stereo equipment and televisions from Stereo Advantage and I have used Lifetime Service for over 30 years and have been very satisfied. I dropped my amp off on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday and the cost for repair was very reasonable. I am spreading the word to all my musician friends. Thanks again.

I had my plasma TV fixed here and the service was absolutely terrible. My repair took over a month and a half. Customer service was zero. A couple of months later my screen cracked from the inside. I took it back and was told that the repair would cost more than a new TV. Since it was unrepeatable I took the TV apart myself to see the reason of the crack. As I was taking it apart I found a lot of screws missing and stripped. At the end I found the screen was missing its top left corner causing it to web and crack on the top. So they installed a screen that was already cracked. I would certainly not recommend anyone going to this place.

Our one year old refrigerator began having a problem with the freezer not maintaining temperature about a month ago. My wife and I were referred to the Lifetime Service Center through the extended warranty we purchased. From the jump, the experience with this company was negative. When the technician was questioning my wife and I about the problem with our freezer, he did so with a condescending attitude. We were told that the Main Control Circuit Board and a temperature sensor needed to be replaced to correct the problem. The same technician returned a week later to install the parts in the refrigerator. We were told to wait 24 hours for the freezer to get back to the proper temperature - it did not. A second call to the Lifetime Service Center to rectify the problem went unanswered.
Finally, after another week of not having a working freezer, the warranty company put us in touch with a different repair company. When the other repair company's technician did the proper troubleshooting on the refrigerator, he discovered that it was out of freon - there was no need to replace any of the parts that were replaced. The unfortunate conclusion that I have arrived at is that this company wanted to generate the highest bill they could by installing the most expensive parts possible, since the work was being done on an extended warranty. It is sad to see a business taking advantage of its customers, simply because they are not the one's footing the bill. In addition, their failure to return a call to follow up on the initial repair is bad business and appalling customer service all rolled into one. I would suggest that you steer clear of this business if you are referred to them through your extended warranty company. Better repair results and better customer service can certainly be found elsewhere.

I sent an amplifier there through Guitar Centers Pro Coverage. It took me 4 calls over 3 weeks to get a gold of a technician. The technician clearly had no idea what he was talking about when I described what the issues were.
So I have them send it back to I can return it to the licensed repair service center it belonged to and my amplifier is covered in fingerprints and behind the glass of the front panel is leaves and dirt.
I have no idea what they did to this thing, but I would STRONGLY stay the hell away from this place. They are a complete disaster.

This place is a joke, I have sent an elite series 2 controller to them three times now and all the can claim is it's working fine. They obviously have no clue what they're doing. This place was used as part of a Square Trade warranty claim. I would have been better off ignoring the insurance a bought and just paid Microsoft for the repair.

I read so many negative and bad reviews about this place and at the time, I figured I'd take my PA speaker there because I didn't know of any other place to take it and it was just out of warranty (go figure).
Well, they are getting another bad review; doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
I took the speaker back in October of 2018 and heard nothing for weeks. I finally called around late November and they said "oh we're still looking for the part" (even though I had brought a new part to them to replace). I paid $40 for a diagnostic test so I didn't want to lose that so I waited and waited. I finally get a phone call from a different technician (late December) who took over the repair and said it was another part that was faulty. At this point I just wanted the speaker back so I had them repair it altogether. So at the end of January 2019 it was finally fixed and I picked it up. Took it home, plugged it in and it wasn't working! I decided to take it apart myself and I looked online in regards to diagnosing it myself. It was totally re-wired wrong!
I just called and spoke to customer service, explained the situation (and also inquired why I was charged a certain amount that said "Discount" on the invoice but she said that was a markup on the part).
I will NEVER take anything to them to fix, even if it's under warranty.
Please be aware! Unfortunately, from what I was told, is that they are one of the few places in the Western New York area to repair electronics (especially if under warranty). She apologized and said she was going to let the technician know.
Best of luck if you have to take your broken electronic item there but if you can avoid that, do so.

I talked with two decent people here during the day and they were great and very helpful, when i called customer service back with all the right information i got a different person at the end of the day who made it very clear that she wanted to take my $40 bucks as a BS evaluation fee before she would even let me know if they could get parts to repair a vintage jbl speaker. I asked her why i would even bother bringing a heavy speaker if she couldn't gaurentee that they could work on it properly... She then said it was company policy not to answer questions, and also told me she turns people away all the time. I am not going to name her name but she sounded older then the first two helpful customer service girls i talked with who actually helped me believe that taking my business there might be a really good idea.

I have explained at least a dozen times to almost as many people that the Postal Svc does not deliver to us, must go to PO Box if using "mail". They keep saying it will ship UPS and use street address. Was told by one person that they never use mail. Today was told they always use mail and were just now given my PO Box address. This turned into being told that I was expected to help move parts from the van to the TV. Really? What if the customer is disabled or elderly, who helps do all the work then? I called to voice this concern to a Lewis or Louis from customer service, who quite condescendingly told me that I could pay for a second tech, on a warranty repair. Onsite repair failed 36 hours later and they declined to come back and attempt second repair after conferencing with LG Electronics and saying that they would.
