Worst experience ever. I was originally told that I would need to help get my large TV off the wall mount, no problem. This turned into being told that I was expected to help move parts from the van to the TV. Really? What if the customer is disabled or elderly, who helps do all the work then? I called to voice this concern to a Lewis or Louis from customer service, who quite condescendingly told me that I could pay for a second tech, on a warranty repair. Onsite repair failed 36 hours later and they declined to come back and attempt second repair after conferencing with LG Electronics and saying that they would.
Zero effort on customer service, don't be fooled by fabricated 5 star ratings for this crew.
