HORRIBLE.

HORRIBLE.

I sent an amplifier there through Guitar Centers Pro Coverage. It took me 4 calls over 3 weeks to get a gold of a technician. The technician clearly had no idea what he was talking about when I described what the issues were.

So I have them send it back to I can return it to the licensed repair service center it belonged to and my amplifier is covered in fingerprints and behind the glass of the front panel is leaves and dirt.

I have no idea what they did to this thing, but I would STRONGLY stay the hell away from this place. They are a complete disaster.
