Agree with those who would give it 0 stars. Have been trying to get a replacement remote from them (Directv cust) since Feb. They can't seem to get the address right. I have explained at least a dozen times to almost as many people that the Postal Svc does not deliver to us, must go to PO Box if using "mail". They keep saying it will ship UPS and use street address. Was told by one person that they never use mail. Today was told they always use mail and were just now given my PO Box address. Can't believe a word anyone says. Would not recommend to my dog!
