It took them 2 weeks and 3 telephone calls for me to finally get the label for my phone that was having problems recognizing the SIM card. I sent the phone in a week ago and they are now telling my it will be another 2-3 weeks before I will get my phone back. I will be without a phone for over a month at this point. I could have gone and bought another phone by now with the amount I paid for the warranty and the amount of time I've been without my device which I use for work. The most frustrating thing is that not one person I've talked to has sounded sympathetic or spoken with a sense of urgency about how long this process has been going on and acted like the amount of time is a big deal. I use my phone for business and my clients are unable to reach me. It is a big deal and it is obvious they don't care.
