I talked with two decent people here during the day and they were great and very helpful, when i called customer service back with all the right information i got a different person at the end of the day who made it very clear that she wanted to take my $40 bucks as a BS evaluation fee before she would even let me know if they could get parts to repair a vintage jbl speaker. I asked her why i would even bother bringing a heavy speaker if she couldn't gaurentee that they could work on it properly... She then said it was company policy not to answer questions, and also told me she turns people away all the time. I am not going to name her name but she sounded older then the first two helpful customer service girls i talked with who actually helped me believe that taking my business there might be a really good idea.
