These people are the WORST in customer service. I needed to send in my smoker for repair. I called and advised them the packing costs were going to be expensive and the CS rep said to get a reciept and they would pay for the packing costs. I spent $54,00 for packing at the UPS store and sent it. I called today and the CS rep and her supervisor said they would not reimburse me for the packing costs. So the first CS rep lied to me and they said there is nothing they can do about it, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They lied and they don't care that they lied.
