I bought a 5 year extended warranty for my Bose entertainment system ($295). After two years, my device didn't power, so I called Warrantech, who told me to ship it to Lifetime Service Center. I shipped it on 04/18/18 and received it back one month later!!! In worst condition, full of scratches and dirty as hell. On top of it, it was not working. Had to call again, and they told me that I had to ship it back, this was on 05/21/18. Received it back, again one month later on 06/18/18. Guess what, same problem, not functioning once again!!! THE WORST REPAIR SERVICE I EVER HAD!! On top of it, they didn't care. Do not send your repairs there!
