Filed a claim and waited for a box kit that never came despite calling for once twice. Eventually got a UPS label, but no box. Found my own shipping box to send tv in to be repaired under warranty that was a couple weeks from expiring. They claim screen was smashed when they opened box, yet took tv apart and returned it un-repaired in 2 boxes. Now they claim not to have the inbound UPS tracking number so I can file a claim with UPS. I'm sure their accounting office must have a record of the transaction for their own records. Don't bother buying a warranty from them or from the store you get your product from. It will be a waste of money. I wasn't even going to give them 1 star but you have to in order to post.
