Service department scratched my car and refused to fix it. It's basically been radio silence from these guys. I would not trust your car to this service department! And if the service dept can't be trusted, I would not ever recommend buying a car from these guys. You have been warned! Stay away.
I brought in my RX a few weeks ago for routine service to the tune of about $1000. They did a thorough walk around of my car as I dropped it off and noted any little dings and scratches. The service went well and they communicated well. I picked up my car at the end of the day and drove it home. The first thing I noticed after I parked it and got out was a new scratch on the front bumper. The service dept had just closed, so I took it back the next morning. The service manager looked at it and took a pic and the next day my service agent called me back and wanted me to bring it back in "to look at it." I told him that the manager already saw it and took a pic, so he said they'd call me back. Nothing for Over a week.
I called back and after a run around they said there was a "miscommunication" but that he would talk to the manger, decide what to do, and call me back. No call for another week. I guess I have to start threatening. These guys provide horrible service. They admit that the scratch was not noted on the car when I dropped it off, but the "tech says there was no accident." Great. The fact is that my car got scratched while I left it at your service department, so fix it!
