Since I got my new used car after having had a 2002 Lexus , my2017 was so challenging, but I was fortunate to meet up with a Jakob Johnson I ve gone back a few times for help & Ive never met anyone with such infinite patience!!! With an 87 year old lady! Encouraged me to call him if needed.I can t say how grateful I am to him . He s made me feel more comfortable with my car. He s great & so is the car
