Our salesperson was great, the buying process was smooth, but the delivery was bad. I had a set time to pick up my car. On the day I purchased there were cars in the building with big red bows ready for delivery. When I went to get mine I had to climb in a snowbank to get it. What they said was "normally you would pick it up in there but we are busy taking photos of cars." What I heard was "We no longer care about you or your experience so we put you way out near the road in a snowbank." We had an appointment to pick up with the technology guy. Which I'm not sure why we had to make an appointment since they called him away from our scheduled time to service another guest. Overall very disappointing experience of getting a luxury car...
