Short story, disappointing experience that I won t be repeating.

When checking in, I asked how long the process would take. The technician advised that someone else will be in touch with me.

I went to the waiting area and received a nice text giving me a contact throughout the process should I have any questions. I sent a text asking what work will be performed and how long it will take. 15 min later, no response. Sent several more texts that remained unanswered.

45 minutes later, I went to the front desk to ask my same questions. The person was curt and explained they thought I was with a sales person and is why no one was communicating with me. She made it sound like she was reticent to bother me. She made no attempts to address my concerns and frustrations but did answer my question on scope and duration of the maintenance work.

I just bought my first Lexus six months ago and this was my first service experience. I will be going to the Minnetonka location for future services.
