I've delt with many a salesman at Nissan, Ford , Hyundai twice, Lincoln and now lexus. Richard Kizner atIra Lexus was the first who showed me what I wanted to see. I found him knowledgeable and patient. Considering I change my mind as to what I wanted multiple times get anxious easily and oddly found the car I wanted while looking for another on the lot, he never lost his demeanor once. The experience was the easiest and most pleasant I've had with car buying... Ever. Thanks Richard.
