I,came,in for my 5000 oil change etc. The worst experience!!! I had an appt brought it,in. Asked,how long they thought,it would be, I got I have no idea. Well after 1 1/ 2 hours I asked how much longer they said we are way backed up. Well 3 hours later. And I decided not to have them up date my software cause they said it would be at least another 1/2 hour but,something was going on with the service in the,place, not sure. I said no.
