Waited long. Chaotic no structure just as bad as Watertown Lexus. I guess its consistently sub par. I seen many caucasians being served before me. I'm Hispanic served my country in Desert Storm and had better customer service in Kuwait than in both this dealership and Watertown. I rather have bought a used car from a pawn shop with the extended warranty and probably would have received better service. And pleeeeaaaase don't respond with a generic "Thank you for informing us". Because obviously you have been informed and if you haven't figured it out yet, well I guess you never will.
