This dealership is rip off. I took my IS250 convertible hardtop to them to analyze and fix the up and down function of my drivers seat. They diagnosed this as a near $3,000 fix. My wife and I seemed to think this was crazy, did some more research at other Lexus dealerships. Ended up being a faulty connection in the seat wiring, technician fixed this problem within an hour, fix was roughly $160. Moral of the story, IRA of Danvers NEVER even took the seat apart to look at the problem, assumed worst case, was in it to make as much money as they could, NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR CUSTOMER. I will NEVER go back to this Dealership, WORST Dealership service we have ever received anywhere. Not to mention, they charged $300 for diagnosing a problem INCORRECTLY. Sad excuse for a CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF 0 STARS, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT. For those of you with a Lexus and it needs Service, IRA of Manchester is a MUCH BETTER choice, they get it.....
