Recently leased a new vehicle through IRA Lexus in Danvers. I traveled an hour past my local dealer because they had vehicle I was looking for. Couldn t have been more pleased with the process and felt I was given a fair price. Salesperson Ana was very communicative by phone and email and answered all my questions. Once in the dealership I finalized a price on my trade and new lease with GM Willy which was straight forward as well. The Finance manager completed my paperwork quickly and there was no hard sell on extra warranties etc. They also took all COVID precautions seriously wearing masks, plexiglass at desks etc. Couldn t recommend them enough!
