Jen Perry is the best service advisor and the reason I will continue to service my car at IRA Lexus. She knows what I need to have done and to have my loaner ready so my time at the dealership is minimal which is so important to me. I was greeted immediately by a valet when I drove my car in for service and I was offered a cold water by the valets when I was leaving which doesn't happen anywhere else. Ira Lexus ROCKS!
