I purchased two Lexus SUVs, one in 2018, and another this year (2020) from the concord location. My second dealing with this dealership is why I give it one star. The finance people are an extension of The sales person- I was sold a VSA maintenance agreement which I cancelled 6 days later. The contract details did not match what I was told and I decided it wasn t for me. I requested cancellation on 9/6, the representative who handled my financial account stated he would push the cancelation through once I signed the VSA cancel form. I signed this 9/7 and submitted it directly to him and my sales rep who sold me the car. I was then told it would take 6 weeks to see my refund. After 6 weeks, I contacted them to see status, they put me off on 6 different occasions through email. Each time, I was told it was in process and thank you for your patience . After my 6th attempt with email and phone, I found out that they didn t process my VSA refund request until 11/4. I now have to wait another 30days to see my $3500 refund. This is the worst customer service I ve experienced with two very expensive purchases. If customer service and support matter to you- the Concord dealership is not the right choice. I m concerned at what will happen through the longevity of my vehicle ownership life, I don t feel secured or like I would be taken care of if anything else were to come up. No more Lexus for me- I didn t get an opportunity to rate the service through customer service so sharing my experience on google.
