I was overall satisfied with my service. I was surprised that they had to keep car overnight. I have never had that happen. Since it was a holiday weekend, there was a chance that they would keep car till Tues.
Thankfully Brian got it back to me on Sat.
Was surprised that car was not vacuumed out.
My previous Lexus dealer use to vacume car.
I guess excellent service is not what it use to be.
