First time customer at Lexus concord. I must say, the dealership was very clean, very friendly staff in service. The main reason for my great experience was due to Jeff Johnson . Professional, calm demeanor, & very straight forward. Service was fast! Got a couple things relieved on my car and picked it up today. Just a day before I leave the state.
