I arrived and there were a lot of people there (both business and clients) and talking. Not one asked if I needed help. I had to go into several empty rooms for finally find (I think a mechanic) to flag down someone to help me. This is the second or third time I ve dropped my car of and it has happened before. There is no signage stating to wait here or where to wait for a person to help.
I recently bought a 2017 Lexus RX from Jessica Robles. I have had the car over a month now and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Went here to check out a RC350 after looking at BMW and Infiniti first. Moe Boyat went with me to take the car out for a drive, but didn't demonstrate any of the features or talk about the car at all-- I had to ask all the questions, and he seemed ill-prepared and ill-informed, unable to answer most of them. I feel like I was not taken seriously as a buyer because of my age and/or dress. I may be under 40, wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but isn't my money as green as everyone elses?
Upon returning to the dealership, he suddenly became pushy about about selling this particular example of the vehicle, even though I told him in advance that I was looking to try a different option package. After remind him of this, he became very dismissive, and told me I would never find the vehicle I was looking for.
Maybe I had the wrong idea, but I thought Lexus had more of a concierge, no-pressure sales environment. Maybe they do-- but not at Lexus of Concord.

Today we went to service for oil and filter change. Service advisor Nicholas Carvalho treated us so well. He very patiently explained a lot of service guideline and gave us some good suggestions. As for a little long waiting, he came to us to explain The reason.

Excellent customer service from Wade. Wade went above and beyond with making this car experience fairly painless. My credit isn't the best and I didn't have much of a down payment. So I was asking for a miracle and Wade made ot happen. He kept in contact with me during the process. Worked with his finance guys and even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. He was always nice and friendly. I got an amazing deal and I truly appreciate all the hard work he put in especially since I wasn't even buying a Lexus and I'm sure he made little or nothing off my sale. With that in mind it is a comforting feeling to know he gave 110 percent anyway

Note to pre-owned car buyers: before you drive off with your 'new' car make sure that all the car services that were promised have been done before you leave. Had some wiring issues on a used Lexus that I bought out of state. Tried some car stereo places closer to home as well as the Toyota dealership first, but they all declined to work on it because they were unfamiliar with the wiring system.
Called Lexus of Concord and they said that they would take a look at it without making any promises. It wasn't cheap, but the amount seemed fair to restore HVAC, back-up camera, radio, and power to my 12V outlet. While they worked on my car, I was given a great loaner so that I didn't have to be stranded 50 miles away from home. Came back the next day and everything was nice and tidy. Very satisfied!
I had my car towed to Lexus 04/27/2020 for an issue, later found out didn't exist. Service kept it overnight, gave me a loaner, and when I picked it up waived the diagnostic fee, and washed & vacuumed it
I was also impressed by everyone wearing mask, and Clorox bleach wipes everywhere

My experience with Lexus of Concord goes back to November/December 2015 when was supposed to be a special moment in my young adult life of buying my first car. I feel I did everything one was supposed to do:look around,compare prices,check the carfax(the record was clean on the the vehicle)/history of the car,and go to a professional dealership where they would take care of you. That was not my experience here.
A man named Mark who had been with the company at this point for 10 years helped with my purchase of a supposed perfectly used 2012 Hoda Civic Si. As soon as I left the dealership to head home the check engine light came on and I had to stop on the side of the road. I figured maybe taking to the freeway fresh off the lot would have something to do with it. It did this 2 more times within the week before I decided to call Mark and report to him the problem. He tells me they were supposed to swap in new spark plugs,but he wasn't approved to do it at the time. After that car drives fine;however, it would a small sound every time I would turn to the right.
I didn't much of the sound,but as months went by it kept getting louder. When it was time to take the car to a official Honda dealership I had them check out what could be the sound of that "clunking" sound. The mechanic told he had found hidden severe frame damage that appeared to be "jerry-rigged" in terms of repair and it would cost minimum of $6000 to repair!!!
Lexus of Concord had pretty much sold me a "lemon". I tried contacting them(Mark no longer there despite assuring me that with 10 years there he wasn't going to go anywhere. Yes irrelevant I know) until I finally got a hold of a man named George who was the manager of the used vehicles department. After meeting with him only once to tell him the situation he belittled my case and tried to cast the blame on me and lie to my face about how his mechanics always check his cars first before they are put on the floor,yet when I brought up the week one case of the car shutting due to the contradicted negligence of his team he had no defense. After that short meeting. He ignored my future calls and never made a attempt to contact me or help me despite his team selling me a faulty car.
I ended up trading the car in with another dealership who were more attending to my situation,and 3 months after I had gotten rid of that death machine I was contacted by a car law firm to be warned of the original unreported accident it was in. It was ironic and far to late at this point with the car no longer being in my possession for anything to be done. I am STILL paying for the mistake of having dealt with Lexus of Concord. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't let this place screw you over like they did me.

This dealership was actually about 20 miles out of my way after calling the Oakland dealership and having a horrible phone experience I called Concord and it was night and day. I decided to make the drive. My service was five star from check in to check out I think I may have spent a total of 30 minutes between getting there leaving and coming to pick up my car which is awesome I recommend this dealership to anyone who drives Alexis that lives in the Walnut Creek Concord San Francisco or Oakland area
The restoration on my headlights 2010 was superb and glad that I had a 50% discount to offset the $200 charge thanks to the purchase of a 2020. Just disappointed that I had to drive 80 miles to tell me that they could not help me with an oxidation problem on the spoiler due to shipping wrap when I bought the vehicle new in 2010.

Great atmosphere. Good service. I had simple oil (synthetic) and filter change. Previously LEXUS had courtesy car wash but this they forgot or decided not to wash it. This car had their service contact for 50000/5years. When I purchased the car with service it was promised to me that the LEXUS will continue service but they didn t honored that promise either as 5 years passed. Partly disappointed with service but car runs great.
