I had a great experience at Lexus of Bellevue. I was quoted a window of 2 hours, so I decided to stay at the dealership to read emails , while having a cup of delightful Seattle's Best coffee!
It was exactly 2 hours after the check in process and my car driven off to the Service Bay.
BJ Ivey was my Service Manager. I couldn't have asked for a better person to look after my vehicle and me.
