My certified used Lexus had a few minor paint issu...

My certified used Lexus had a few minor paint issues I wasn t happy with after a couple weeks of ownership... I contacted a sales manager and expressed my concerns about them via email. He called me within 15min of my email and said that he would get my car scheduled for their body shop to repair what I was concerned about and would give me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. This was great news to me. Then my car went in and they even took care of a couple other minor things I had asked about all for no charge to me. This to me is/was amazing customer service and I will not hesitate to purchase again from this dealership or to recommend my friends do the same. Thank you Lexus of Bellevue
