I purchased a new vehicle from Lexus Bellevue about two weeks ago and my experience was quite good. Mr. Thaun Ma was the sale representative who helped us to select the car. He was very friendly, fair and helpful. He spent more than three hours on showing and explaining different car and he patiently went over all of them in detail. Once I found the car I like, he quickly helped to select the useful package for the vehicle and I thank Lexus Bellevue for having such a helpful and honest sale team reps.

My experience with the service section was not as great as the sale team. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I dropped the car in the service section for installing the chip protection and originally they told me that it would take 2-3 hours for them to install the package. They called me a few hours later and told me the car would not be ready because they are understaff and the car would not be ready until next week. I would have chosen another date for the service if they had not told me that the service only took 2-3 hours.
