The sales department did a wonderful job. The Quick Lane service department has failed us several times. The most recent was just this past Saturday. My husband brought his truck in for a 30,000 miles oil change and fuel injector flush. We live 5 minutes from the dealership. By the time that he and my 3 year old daughter got home, he had lost 3/4 of a tank of gas, because of someone doing faulty work regarding his fuel injector flush. His two year old truck could have easily caught on fire with both him and my daughter in it. Then, when speaking to the manager about a refund, he stated, "We will have to see how much the cost was before we issue a refund."
Another time the service department failed us was during a simple tire change when my husband had a flat. They horribly messed up his rim in the process, and then they did not tell him. After my husband called to get it fixed, they then took two weeks to refinish his rim because they did the wrong finish the first time.
Needless to say, we are NOT happy.
